Welsh Ruben Owen told the local newspaper Walesonline on Wednesday 16, on an unusual passage that occurred with him in 2022 after a hair transplant surgery held in Türkiye.

After suffering the procedure, the man was recommended to avoid any type of physical effort or activities that cause sweating, including sex. However, Ruben denied the recommendation and, the night after the surgery, made intense sex. When he woke up, he realized that his face was swollen and was afraid.

“I woke up and my head was inflated like a balloon – swollen face, a tense scalp, and it seemed that I had been a 100 bees point,” he said.

He told the newspaper that he initially suspected he had contracted an MST (sexual transmission disease) and that he could reassure himself only when he remembered the medical recommendations on the intervention he had just passed.

“Seriously, I thought I took something. I was actually studying the symptoms of Std on Google and panic. It was discovered that it was my fault to exaggerate too early – I certainly learned the lesson in a strange way,” he confessed.

According to the testimony, the left side of the face was swollen and “bigger than anything else”.

It was invited to go to Türkiye to perform the completely free procedure, having to pay about £ 800 (about $ 6000 at the current price) on round -trip tickets.

“I was doing some model work for their social networks, so I got an excellent price. Everything worked, they took care of everything you shouldn’t have to do,” he explained to the newspaper.

According to Ruben, the Guardians reassured him for the situation and affirmed that in time and rest they would return to normal – exactly what had happened.
