In the next chapters of me, the mood in Boaz’s home will be marked by distrust, traps and breaks. Samuel, played by Juan Paiva, will be the victim of a plan prepared by Jaques (Marcello Novaes) with the intention of destabilizing the relationship between him and Leo (Clara Moneke), his current partner.
The turnaround begins after David (Rafael Vitti) showed off with his uncle for his discomfort in the face of constant confrontation with his brother. Jaques, attentive to the unusual of his nephew, will see the opportunity to manipulate him. So, he decides to take Katinha (Lenita Oliver), a model who had a brief involvement with Samuel, so he claims to be pregnant with the boy.
The proposal will be made directly to the model, with an attractive promise: to participate in the 60th anniversary of Boaz. The condition, however, is that it performs an “harmless” with the entrepreneur’s grandson, pretending to be pregnant. Despite the initial hesitation, Katinha accepts the agreement and, in no uncertain terms, performs the home with the revelation: “Ah, Hi, Samuel … I needed to talk to you. I go directly to the topic before surrendering me. I am pregnant.”
The false declaration of pregnancy leaves Leo shocks to the point of retiring from the place. On its own, Katinha and Samuel speak, and strengthens the version of delay and positive tests. Samuel, emotionally affected by the absence of his biological parents, decides to take responsibility: “Of course I will take over. He is my son, my responsibility. I would never turn his back on it.”
Following, Samuel communicates his decision to Leo. Although clearly involved, he chooses to move away, claiming the need to build a family with Katinha because of the child. Leo, incredulous, reacts with suspicion: “Hello? But do you want this relationship with you? And good, the son is yours? Sorry. But he left.”
Despite Leo’s attempt to convince him that he could be a good father without Katinha, Samuel keeps his choice. At a sincere moment, he did without: “I don’t know if someone already told you, but I only arrived here when I was five. I didn’t know my biological parents. But I remember very well what a father is not having.”
The model, in turn, calls Jaques after the conversation with Samuel, showing concern for the farce direction. “Jaques? Did you go wrong! Samuel wants to take on a child who doesn’t exist. Is it good for you?”
The plot, marked with emotional tension, shows Samuel divided between his personal ethics and a game of manipulation that can still have new consequences.
