This is one of the largest tests of the 1970s and was told with an immerved and sad camera, which was mentioned by 5,9 by 5,9 by the distribution spectator. Inspired by a true story, this powerful film has attracted more than 350,000 French dark rooms. And now you can find it on Netflix.
In November 1975, the second trial of Pierre Goldman, a far -sighted activist, began the first case of life imprisonment for four armed robberies, and the death of two pharmacists began.
He declares his innocence in the last case and has become an intellectual left icon for several weeks. George Kijman, a young lawyer, provides protection. But very fast, their relationship stretches. Goldman, clumsy and provocative, risks the death penalty and the outcome of the trial is unclear.
One of the largest studies of the 70’s followed in the Imeretian camera
Awarded by Caesar, awarded for the Best Actor in 2024, Area Vorjalter exactly portrays this provocative and enigmatic political figure, which is divided into France as Goldman’s trial, director Cedric Kn (Roberto Duko, a better life).
Inspired by a book Dark memories of Polish Jewish born in France Pierre Goldman, which he read “At least 15 or 20 years ago”The director drives us in an Imeretian, so durable and exciting closed camera – and shot in 4/3, which depicts the raging passion of various protagonists that are directly or indirectly related to this case. “The Movie’s soul is shot”Sedrick Kanan explained that we met because of the fifteen years of filmmakers.
“I often thought that they were the best. They were the first. Then, then, what he returned.
In addition to one of the largest tests in the 1970s, Goldman’s trial is also an excellent verbal jout scene brilliantly written and intensively began Arih Worthalter and Arthur Harar (Onoda – 10,000 nights in the jungle), young lawyer George Kejman’s sensitive shoes.
The whole share of the story is within the trial, and the feature film ignores the curriculum of staging or complex narration. The director positions us as a witness to the trial that is marked in the era.
More than a human portrait, which declares his innocence (for the murder only), the film reflects the difficulties of the figure – a kind of myth of intellectual leftists – which denies his status that he wants a martyr, a police drift from the 1970s, which we can easily accommodate in parallel to our modern society.

“It’s interesting. It is sad and funny because we always give a moment to dramatize. Then we realize that today’s era looks like before, which is like its time. So there is something that is dominated by human nature.
I feel that time has not moved. Finally, there were also two France that clashed with this trial. Fiction is real, but reality becomes fiction. ”
