Cinema’Ainda I’m here ‘is the big winner of the Great Othello Award 2025; See winners

Walter Salles’s feature featured 13 awards, including best actress, for Fernanda Torres, and best actor for Selton Mello

THE Brazilian Cinema Academy It announced, on Wednesday, July 30, in a ceremony that took place in the city of Bibi Ferreira Arts, in Rio de Janeiro, the winners of the Greater Othel 2025 award, the most important party of Brazilian audiovisual.

The highlight was I’m still herefrom Walter Salles (Central do Brasil), who won 13 trophies: Best Fiction feature film, best direction, best actress and best feature film actor, best adapted script, best assembly, best photography direction, better visual effect, best costumes, better soundtrack, better art direction, better makeup and best sound.

In her speech, the actress FERNANDA TORRES He exalted the world’s trajectory and thanked he for ending the journey in Rio.I am still here started in Rio de Janeiro and I feel very accomplished having been around the world with Walter [Salles]Selton [Mello]with the movie, with Eunice [Paiva] To be here today, back. I am very happy to go home with the great Othello!“He said emotionally.

30 awards were announced for feature films, shorts and series: 29 productions chosen by the wide jury formed by professionals associated with the Brazilian Cinema Academy, and the disputed Greater Othello for best film by the popular jury, chosen by the public through voting made on the Academy’s website.
