Ethan Cardone is played by Rick Cleve

As previously announced, the first character to join the new action is none other than Ethan Cardone (Rick Cleve), son of Chief Cardone (Alexandra Vandernoot).

A fierce competitor, he sees himself as number 1 or nothing. Thanks to his mother, he learned the importance of respecting his peers and following squad orders. Ethan also lives with this pressure not to disappoint him because he expects perfection from him.

Samia Naji is played by Emma Boulanois

Samia (Emma Boulanouar) comes from a Moroccan family and her parents are divorced. His father moved to Morocco, and his mother runs the family restaurant alone.

To help her mother, Samia did odd jobs in the restaurant business: from fast food to star restaurants, where she watched the work of large crews from the dishwasher. Today, he dreams of joining star restaurants. He knows this, this is where his destiny lies, and only the Institute will be able to achieve it.

Vic Rochemont interpretation by Lou Ladegalerie

Victorina (Lou Ladegaillerie), her real name, is Hortense’s (Catherine Davydzenka) little sister. Everything is against the 2 sisters: Quiz is of the earth and of the second degree, while Hortense is of the moon and of the very first degree. The only point that unites them: the kitchen.

Arriving at the Quiz Institute promises complications for Hortense, which has never sat well with her sister…

David Gauthier is played by Liam Helman

David (Liam Helman) with a chaotic education is a winner, always in a good mood, cool and flirty. He has spent his life in the grip of nonsense, but the kitchen has always been the only place where he manages to concentrate and channel himself. His only concern is his relationship with the authorities.

Billy Coudert is played by Margot Camby Aguilar

Inspired by French and US pop culture, Billie (Margaux Kembi Aguilar) is a fan of Rosalia and Aya Nakamura. She wears an eye-catching look that catches the eyes and attention of boys and girls, no matter her curves, she completely captivates them. In this way, his appearance and his colorful physique will collide in the institution and will be talked about, in the kitchen or at work.

With sunshine and cash, he quickly forms an unbreakable trio with Samia and Vic. Very focused on looks and ultra-connected on social media, she always displays her plates with a Chiade aesthetic. But to compete with the best in its class, it will also have to learn to work with flavors and textures…

Livio interpreted by Corentin Pellis

Livio (Corentin Pellis) is a Sicilian who fell into the kitchen from an early age. His parents run an unpretentious hotel that has become an institution on the island thanks to the quality of their local cuisine. After a classical cooking course, he joined the most famous cooking school in Rome, “Les chefs blancs”, where he met Teyssier, who took a master class in February.

While Ethan makes his first appearance in It All Begins on Friday, August 26, Samia, David, Vicki and Bill will appear in the series on Monday, August 29. It’s time to start the entrance exam.

As for Livio, he will not appear in the episodes that will air on TF1 from August 29th to September 2nd. And her background — she’s already trained at a prestigious Italian school — suggests she could be one of the characters to get a master’s degree alongside Salome, Anais, Enzo, and Charlene.
