Flamengo: Carrascal’s declaration on comparisons with Armetaa

Officially presented at Urubu Nest Monday (August 4), Jorge Carrasal has clarified that his arrival in Flamengo has no purpose of replacing Giorgian De Arscaeta. Although both act in the creation sector, the Colombian stressed that its characteristics on the field are distinct from those of the Uruguayan midfielder.

The signing of the former CSKA Moscow has moved the red-black to the backstage, in particular for the recent story of angry lesions. However, Carrascal tried to minimize any idea of direct competition, stating that his goal is to contribute individually to the style proposed by the Filipe coach Luís.

During the presentation conference, Carrascal stressed that he was not a substitute for shirt 14.
