The natural suspicions of Paraná were captured with drugs hidden in an SUV during inspection on the highway
Two men were arrested in the act for drug trafficking on Thursday afternoon (7) by the Federal Highway Police (PRF) during an inspection operation on the BR-101 in Torres, in the northern coast of Rio Grande do sul.
The police approached a Hyundai Santa FE SUV with signs of Curitiba (PR) and, after conducting the survey, found drugs hidden in the trunk and under the coating of the vehicle doors. The illegal load included 4.15 kg of skunk and 100 g of hashish, for a total of over 4 kilos of drugs.
The 37 -year pilot, who already has a drug trafficking story, and the 21 -year -old passenger has been arrested on the scene. Both are natural from Ponta Grossa, to Paraná. The two were sent, together with the vehicle and drugs seized, to the judicial police station for legal proceedings.
The action is part of the PRF strategies to combat drug trafficking on federal highways that cut the state.
