AParecido Sidney de Oliveira, 71 years old, businessman and founder of the Ultrafarma Pharmacy Network, was temporarily arrested Tuesday (12/8).
Sidney Oliveira, as is known, was one of the objectives of the Icarus operation, triggered by the group of special actions on the repression of economic crimes (Gedec) of the public service of San Paolo (MPSP), with the support of the military police in San Paolo.
The action aims to dismantle an alleged debit regime involving tax credits. Gedec identified a criminal group responsible for promoting retail sales companies in exchange for improper advantages.
In addition to Oliveira, another businessman and an inspector of the Secretariat of Finance and Planning of San Paolo were also arrested. The people under investigation can be responsible for active and passive corruption crimes, criminal organization and money laundering.
