It’s time for the final test at the Pastry Championship. To begin with, Chef DeLobel welcomes Chef Matre’s presence and respects his strength and courage. He then informs the rest of the contestants that the young woman will resume her place in the competition. After taking the floor, Chief Bury explains that the finals will take place over the next two days and that the competing brigades will have to put on a show. Since Chef Matre and Chef Demir no longer have a clerk, they will be the first to compete for additional hours. Then it will be the turn of Chef Cardone and Chef Teissier.
