The Brazilian Graciella Carvalho returned triumphant to the WBFF (World Beauty Fitness & Fashion) stage and won the world title in the Diva Fitness 35+ category, putting an end to a nine -year fast from competitions. “It was a process of great attention and overcoming. I had to give up many pleasures to win this title,” he said.
Radida in Miami, the model and the fitness athlete have dedicated themselves to a preparation of five intense months to compete again. The result crowned a period of extreme discipline. During the preparation, Graciella maintained a limited diet, trained every day and even made two cards a day. “My body is the reflection of my discipline and my victory is the reflection of my soul. I believed, fought and conquered, this is only the beginning of my return,” he celebrated.
On stage, the athlete attracted attention not only for the impeccable physical definition, but also for the lush aspect. He used a green and silver bikini studded with stones, with a luxurious ornament of green feathers on the back, in reference to the energy and liveliness of Brazil. The appearance was completed by high cover sandals decorated with crystals and green tones, which harmonized with production.
Graciella had already made history in 2016, when he beat WBFF Diva Fitness in Atlantic City after eliminating 15 pounds and reducing the percentage of fat to 7%. Now, at the age of 39, it shows that experience and maturity are powerful allies to reach new levels in bodybuilding.
Graduated in Nursing, with specializations in nutrition and integration, the athlete uses his technical knowledge to improve his results. “Going up once again on stage and winning the professional title is proof that it is never too late to start again and get what you want,” he concluded.
