Nigeria Air Force said she killed at least 35 Islamic fighters in air attacks near the border with Cameroon Saturday after the group was planning an attack on earth troops.
The attacks targeted four meeting points, said the Air Force spokesman Ehimen Ejodame in a declaration, adding that the communication was subsequently restored with the troops, which confirmed that the area had been protected.
The operation is part of an intensified campaign in the North -Ast, where the military declared last week that they had killed 592 militants armed in eight months, exceeding the operational earnings obtained in 2024.
