Director Colin Trevorrow announces good news for fans: Jurassic World 3 will be available in an extended version for the Blu-Ray release in addition to the theatrical version.
The long version for the Blu-Ray release! With a running time of 2 hours and 26 minutes in theaters, the enhanced version brings you Jurassic World Blu-Ray: After World. An additional 14 minutes will be added, bringing the film to 2 hours 40 minutes, the original film.
Director Colin Trevorrow announced this on his Twitter account. “Big thanks to Universal and Amblin for offering us our original edit of Jurassic World: The World After. From the entire team who worked so hard on the film, thank you. The extended version will be available August 16 on Blu-Ray, digital and 4K.”
Note: The Blu-Ray will be released in France on October 19th, while the digital version is available for pre-order.
