She said she intended to drink sodas during the rehearsal dinner and the wedding, but viewers suspected she was actually drinking alcohol when watching the scenes.
Fans conjured up images of Emily sipping champagne glasses with other guests at the reception and a confessional segment taken during the reception where she looked a bit submissive. HotSeatMag.com reported that TLC had commented on the situation and said they were taking fan concerns seriously:
We are currently assessing the situation, we will act accordingly at the appropriate time.

At this point, it’s important to note that none of these images provide definitive proof of anything. Considering that in this video we can’t see the labels or know for sure what’s inside the bottles, we can’t tell if the drinks are alcoholic or non-alcoholic. Either way, there seems to be enough for TLC to want to investigate the situation and go through with it.
As for Emily, she appeared instagram stories ostensibly to respond to the allegations. He stated that she wasn’t actually drinking, adding that he also suffered from morning sickness on the big day:
So, I would like to say that on our wedding day she was very sick. I was so sick just because of the pregnancy. And, the next day, everyone pretended to drink alcohol without alcohol, everyone said, ‘Oh my God, are you having a hangover?’ And I was like, ‘Yeah, I’ve got a hangover,’ but I was actually so, so, so sick with morning sickness. It was horrible.

We already know from the footage that Kobe and Emily took part in the specials and even brought their second child with them.
