GPA calls an extraordinary general meeting on 6 October to vote on the new members of the Council

The GPA announced on Wednesday the convocation of an extraordinary general assembly on October 6 to vote for the complete dismissal of his board of directors and the election of new members to the collegiate food retailer, as requested by the Coelho Diniz family.

According to a document issued by the company, the assembly will be “exclusively digital” and will also vote for the number of members of the members of the Council of the Company in nine.
