The second minister, Abin Parallel Inquiry revealed that the perpetuation plan for power would start in 2021
The Supreme Court Minister Luiz Fux declared on Wednesday 10 that the monitoring of Minister Alexandre de Moraes was one of the first movements granted by members of the plot of the coup. The monitoring regime, revealed in June, was led by the so called “Parallel Abin” and secretly looked at Moraes, other public authorities and opponents.

According to the minister, the proof of the existence of the “secret” organ, which respected the requests of the then president Jair Bolsonaro (PL), now attributed to the supreme, confirms the thesis that really existed a plan of permanence of power.
The structure would have been used for political espionage and the attack on the electronic polls. The Federal Police Report stressed that Bolsonaro was the main recipient of the information produced by the illegal espionage actions. The former president was not formally offending because he was already responsible for the criminal organization in another trial, but was underlined as the leader of Arapongagem actions.
The illegal espionage scheme monitored almost 1,800 phones between February 2019 and April 2021. The discussion was held during the trial session of the state -deployment process on Wednesday 10.

In a final report published in July, the prosecutor general office requested the sentence of the defendants (except the branch) for the crimes:
- Army criminal organization – penalty from 3 to 8 years in prison and can reach 17 years if there is a use of firearms or the participation of public employees;
- Attempted violent abolition of the state of democratic law – a sentence from 4 to 8 years in prison;
- Coup of State – penalty from 4 to 12 years in prison;
- Damage qualified by violence or serious threat – sentence from six months to 3 years in prison;
- Declared of the assets – sentence of 1 to 3 years in prison.
- The maximum penalties added to 43 years.
