According to the report (via BBC), the presence of the sedative Alprazolam, better known as Xanax, and also difluoretene, a compressed gas “commonly used as a propellers in spray air cleans” were found in the body of Aaron’s body.
Carter was attending rehab units to get rid of drug addiction. He had already stated in 2019 that he was diagnosed with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.

Subsequently, a documentary was made about the life of Aaron Carter and displayed in the Paramount+. In it, Nick Carter, told how he received the news of the death of his younger brother (transcription via Enews). At the time, he was on tour with BACKSTREET BOYS.
