You’d think the same thing considering Spider-Man actor Tom Holland has been absent from the social media dimension again for nearly two months. Sure, Holland is notoriously reserved and even has a busy schedule beyond the Marvel Cinematic Universe these days, but what’s going on? The 26-year-old faced his latest hiatus in a short self-proclaimed Instagram comeback, where he shared some candid thoughts on mental health.
Her social media account, Tom Holland has released a short video highlighting one of the charities sponsored by his family’s fundraising foundation, the Brothers Trust. The charity here is called Stem4, which focuses primarily on supporting the positive mental health of teens. Holland preceded the clip by explaining that his online disappearance was not only intentional but necessary due to how the continuous movement affects him personally. He said in part:
I took a break from social media sanity because I find Instagram and Twitter to be too powerful, overwhelming. I catch up and spiral when I read about myself online. And in the end it is very bad for my mood, so I decided to take a step back and delete the app.

In the clip, Tom Holland details the Stem4 organization talks and various apps that help people with anxiety, stress, depression or self-harm. Apparently, he uses these apps himself, adding that he is well aware of the existence of a “terrible stigma” against mental health and asks for help. Sullivan. He is also joined in the cast by Amanda Seyfried, Emmy Rossum and Jason Isaacs.
When not filming, Tom Holland flies to Budapest, where his Emmy-winning girlfriend Zendaya is filming the sequel. Dunes. Unfortunately, Holland tried to avoid the controversy over Kylie Jenner’s plane altogether by flying it commercially.
