Kate Walsh returns to ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ this season.
The actress who plays the Dr Addison Montgomery shared the exciting news in a Tik Tok video on Wednesday, April 6 while having a little fun doing the viral uniform “challenge.”
The social media challenge features an audio clip of ‘sponge Bob‘ with a very important question from Squidward before the user transforms into his work outfit.
Kate Walsh used the “Uniform Challenge” to reveal that she would be returning to work on ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ in another guest appearance. TVLine has subsequently confirmed that its next episode will air on Thursday May 5.

Addison previously returned to Seattle for a two-episode storyline earlier in the season because she was undergoing a groundbreaking uterine procedure.
The doctor also had the opportunity to meet the new generation of doctors at the hospital, while faced for the first time the death of her ex-husband Derek.
These episodes marked the first time Walsh played Addison since her spin-off ‘With out PRIVIOUSE appointment‘ will conclude in 2013. The actress was a cast member on season 1 of ‘Grey’s Anatomy,’ before leaving the show after its third season to launch the series centered around her character.

In other ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ news, ABC confirmed this week that the season finale (and the 400th episode) will air in the US on Thursday, May 26. The series was renewed for a 19th season last January.
The spin-off’station 19‘ will return in the fall for its sixth season.
