Un Si Grand Soleil Preview: Episode Summary for Wednesday, August 17, 2022 [SPOILERS]

Warning, the following paragraphs contain spoilers for the episode of Un Si Grand Soleil that airs tomorrow night on France 2! If you don’t want to understand anything, don’t read!

On Wednesday 17 August at Un si grand soleil…

Marilyn agreed to follow Paul to the counter. When they fly to Morocco, the couple can’t imagine Gary getting on the same plane with them.

As they arrive at the counter, Marilyn meets Sam’s right-hand man, Paul, while Gary watches them from afar. When he sees them getting into the hotel car, he decides to hitchhike with them.

Unfortunately, Gary is taken by a couple who decide to show him around their small village at the other end of the region. Lost in the middle of nowhere and desperate to get to the hotel, Gary finds a camel and then crosses the desert under the blazing sun.

Only at the end of the day will he reach Pavle’s hotel. And how much to say that Marilyn is not happy to see her son. After asking him to leave her alone, she begs him to leave her alone.

Afterwards, Paul and Marilyn go to a restaurant for dinner. As they toast their story, Marilyn apologizes for her son’s behavior. However, Pavle does not oppose him, especially since he is the one who invited him to stay at the hotel. Even though Marilyn adores Gary, she begins to tire of him being around her. As much as he wants to distance himself, he offers Paul to come and live with him in Dhaka.

Not far from there, Gary asks a lot of questions about Sam’s hotel management. Indeed, he loves the facility and has some ideas to improve it…

At the police station, Manu and Akim interrogate Pascal. At the foot of the wall, the latter confesses. After her husband left, she tried to maintain a certain lifestyle for her son. Since it was not financially, the mother of the family had to borrow money. In debt, he had no choice but to sell his house. Unfortunately the villa was full of termites and not worth much. He was then blamed for the fire and Remy, especially since he was not in danger due to his disability.

An angry Manu informs him that the young man could very well be tried and end his life locked up in a specialized center, classified as dangerous by his own fault. Pascal, who didn’t know, said he was sincerely sorry.

Claudine tells Remy and her father that all charges have been dropped. If Jerome is relieved, it doesn’t apply to Remy, who is worried about Pascal and Noah. So the lawyer explains to him that Noah will not go to prison because he was under the influence of his mother. Pascal, on the other hand, risks much more. Although Remy is adamant that they meant him no harm, Claudine makes him realize that not everyone thinks like him before telling him that he has a beautiful soul.

On their way out of the office, Remy and Jerome run into Manu, who has come to congratulate the young man on his job and thank him for helping them with their investigation. When he tells her that he could become a super cop, Remy replies that he doesn’t want to spend his days locked in an office.
