Actor Bob Odenkirk used his social media to post an emotional message about the ending of the ‘Better Call Saul’ series, the final episode of which arrived on Netflix on Tuesday the 16th.
The message, posted on the actor’s Instagram, was directed to both colleagues, the series team and fans of “Better Call Saul” and “Breaking Bad”.
“Everyone has asked me how I feel about saying goodbye to Saul Goodman and ‘Better Call Saul’, and I’m not good at answering the question because it’s frankly hard for me to watch that experience and even this character up close. ”Said Odenkirk. “There are a lot of moving parts and they fit together beautifully. And it’s a mystery to me how it happened, ”he continued.
He went on to thank the showrunners, co-stars and crew of the show in Albuquerque. “I didn’t do anything to deserve this character,” the actor said. But I hope to have conquered it in six seasons “, adding that the series” was an incredible experience “.
“And the fans, thank you for giving us a chance, because we walked out of a lot of people’s favorite show and could have been hated for just trying to do a show. But we didn’t. We have been given a chance and I hope I have made the most of it. Thank you for staying with us, “said Odenkirk, addressing the message to fans of” Better Call Saul “and especially” Breaking Bad “.
“Better Call Saul closely followed the story of a very original boy. A little slow at times. But in the end, if you paid attention, it was about great things inside people, “he concluded.

“Better Call Saul” followed the trajectory of Saul Goodman, a character in the acclaimed “Breaking Bad” series, six years before the lawyer first appeared in the main series. Bob Odenkirk brought the protagonist to life, and he scared everyone when he suffered a heart attack while filming the series. He even claims he doesn’t remember recording an entire episode.
The prequel was acclaimed by fans and critics alike and concluded this Monday in the US, with the episode airing on AMC.
This Tuesday, the last episode arrived in Brazil on Netflix and now the complete series is available on the streaming platform.
