For the first time at the Venice Film Festival, Dog 51 was found by Cédric Jimenez as one of the most expected French films of autumn. First of all, this is one of the most expensive projects of the year – a budget that is estimated at € 40 million – but also a real challenge to offer science fiction in Paris.
The new trailer, released on September 16, records the ambition of this French blockbuster with its extracts of IDPs and footage, which tells the story of Steven Spielberg’s minority.
What is a movie?
Adapted by Laurent Goda, published by Actes Sud, the plot is in the near future in Paris. The city is divided into three zones, separating social classes, where checkpoints regulate the movement between them. The name of AI was a revolution in the police system and control.
It resumes crime scenes and calculates the likelihood of crime, thereby influencing various investigations. When a diamond inventor was killed, Salia (Adel Exarchopoulos) and Zam (Gill Lelucci), two police officers from different regions are forced to investigate together.
Blockbuster Made France
Sedrick Jimenez performs his trilogy in the police world, with this film that is radically different from the previous two. The project, this time, is even more ambitious and offers a great performance that it will conquer the hearts of the public, in accordance with the recent French blockbusters – three musketeers and Monte Cristo’s schedule.
“We use public and technological trends that already existExplained Cedrick Jimenez with diversity. I wanted to make a film very realistic, so that it could involve today’s society and the audience.“
