Help!new film by the director Sam Raimi (Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness), had its first trailer released by 20th Century Studios. The film marks the reunion between the filmmaker and the actress Rachel McAdams after the Marvel movie. Help! is based on an original screenplay by Damian Shannon and Mark Swiftduo responsible for the reboot of Friday the 13th 2009. Find out more:
What is it about?
In the story, McAdams plays Linda Liddle, an undervalued employee who is in a plane crash and stranded on a desert island with her abusive boss, played by Dylan O’Brien (Love and Monsters). The only survivors of the tragedy, the two find themselves isolated and need to overcome past disagreements to try to survive – but what begins as a survival drama soon turns into a psychological dispute full of dark humor, blood and increasing tension.
When does it debut Help!?
The film’s premiere is scheduled for February 12th in Brazilian cinemas, two weeks after its release in the United States. Watch the trailer:
