Un Si Grand Soleil Preview: Thursday August 18, 2022 Episode Summary [SPOILERS]

On Thursday, August 18 in such great sunshine…

Jacques is still in a coma and shows no sign of waking up. He has no physical reaction and his brain activity is minimal. Since it is impossible for Dr. Lewis to know how the situation will develop, he asks Mark to prepare for the possibility that his condition will worsen. A hard blow to Louis’ father.

A lost Mark calls Leonor and tells her that he is afraid of breaking up with his father if his condition does not improve. Then the ex-spouse orders him not to bother himself for the moment and to speak only if the question arises one day.

Luis, who overheard their conversation, immediately believes that Miriam put this idea in his father’s head. After that, Leonor defends her ex-husband’s partner and makes her son realize that he is being unfair to her.

As the pair kiss, Louis returns home and apologizes to them for his attitude, then asks permission to stay at their place to sleep. which they are happy to receive.

A few hours later, Louis goes through his mother-in-law’s bag and steals the key. He then tricks his father into believing that he forgot his phone at a friend’s to get the keys.

Jade spent the weekend revising her accounting lessons. Unfortunately, the young woman does not feel at all ready for her first day at L. Cosmétiques. To reassure her, Ludo says everything will be fine and offers her a massage voucher so she can relax after work.

Later, Laurent visits Jade at the company and says he’s very happy to have her as an assistant, then he introduces her to Miriam, who greets her.

At the counter, Gary takes a call from his daughter, who comes to listen to him. After extolling the dignity of the heavenly place he is in, Gary says he is willing to stay in Morocco if Paul offers him a job. Meanwhile, he asks Ines to take care of the camp while he is away.

After getting off the phone, Gary rejoins Paul and brainstorms ideas to attract more high-end customers to his hotel. So Gary returns to Montpellier and convinces his daughter that he has finally decided to stay and work at the camp because he feels good there.

Meanwhile, Marilyn has made up her mind and is going to stay in Morocco with Paul. Indeed, she wants to enjoy every moment and share them with the man she loves. Although she adores her son, Marilyn thinks it’s time to cut the cord with him.
