Un Si Grand Soleil preview: Friday 16 October 2025 episode recap [SPOILERS]

On Friday, October 16, at Un si grand soleil…

Ludo was finally found

At dawn, Thierry arrives at the farm accompanied by several colleagues. Elodie, Flor, and Alice then explain to him that Ludo went in search of a water source and hasn’t returned since. Since the area is so large, Thierry indicates that he will ask the prosecutor’s office to start searching for the helicopter and promises to do everything possible to find it.

Refusing to sit idly by, Elodie, Flore, Remy and her dog Nala set off in search of Ludo.

At the police station, Ian informs Commissioner Becker that Ludo has disappeared while searching for a water source. So the commissioner asks her to check Laverne’s alibi for the young man’s disappearance.

Ludo, on the other hand, is still holed up in the cave and has just drunk the last drops of water. Weakened, he decides to record a voice message: “My name is Ludovic Metai. I’m dehydrated and I can’t last long. I found the source. It was Jean Laverne who fixed it. He locked me here. This is Jean Laverne…“. The battery dies, the phone shuts down before he can say anything else.

As night falls, Laverne is questioned by the police once again. Obviously, the farmer is sticking to his side of the facts, claiming he had nothing to do with Ludo’s disappearance. At this point, Thierry arrives in the interrogation room and informs Laverne that his DNA was found at the scene of Pauline’s attack. Laverne is silent on this statement.

A few steps away, Alice, Elodie and Flore return to the farm. In fact, the search turned up nothing. Remy continues his research. As she approaches the cave, Nala starts barking. Despite his condition, Ludo manages to get up and call for help. Relieved, Remi promises that they will come and save her.

Pablo forgives Achilles

Hugo worries about Achilles. In fact, the teenager is depressed and does not speak to anyone after what he did. “I can’t help but think about his father.” He explains to Sabine before continuingAchilles is traumatized after his father’s death. Later, Noura, Alexis and Charlotte discuss Achilles and say that they no longer want to see their comrade. Although Pablo listens to them, he does not participate in the conversation.

In the process, Pablo texts Achille asking if they can see each other.

On the other hand, Mr. Chazal’s mobile phone was stolen. An angry teacher complains to the principal. When he asks what he’s up to, the director reminds him that it’s not their role to conduct a police investigation. When Chazal states that he wants to install surveillance cameras in the classroom, the principal categorically refuses and calls for filing a complaint.

At the end of the afternoon, Pablo and Achille find themselves in the city. Cecil’s son had the opportunity to ask forgiveness from his comrade for the harm he had caused him. Pablo, who clearly does not blame, wants to step aside. So he suggests going to the movies this weekend. When she asks why he does this, Pablo replies that he wanted someone to do the same for him when he was doing stupid things. Touched, Achilles thanks him.

In the process, Cecil tells Achilles that she was able to find him a place at another high school. Obviously, the teenager changed his mind and now wants to stay in Flaubert. He then tells Cecil that Pablo has forgiven him.
