Adapted from the 2021 short film and French TV animated series, Life in a Castle, My Childhood at Versailles is out in our cinemas this week. Signed by Clémence Madeleine-Perdrilat and Nathaniel Hlim, with a screenplay by Alisa Viall (César for Best Short Film 2018 for Les Bigorneaux), the animated feature film was particularly well received by the French press: an average of 3.7 out of 5 films per week.
