It hasn’t been smooth sailing for Marvel in the development of the Hulk’s character on film, but 14 years after his last solo film, the house of ideas is experimenting again… but this time with a cousin! Jennifer Walters, alias She-Hulk, turns into the Green Giant after an accident with Bruce. But unlike the latter, he doesn’t have an alter ego trying to take over – he can control his transformation quite easily.
If the visual effects were discussed after the release of the first trailer, we can assure you that we will quickly get used to it. You’ll fall in love with She-Hulk thanks to Tatiana Maslany. The young woman plays this role perfectly. With impeccable comic timing and a sunny presence, he quickly found a place in the Marvel Universe. We can’t wait to see him in the cinema alongside the other Avengers (if that’s planned!).
Despite her desire to do well, the actress isn’t good enough to make the She-Hulk series an event. Blame it on lazy script choices or not at all contemporary. The heroine breaks the fourth wall to appeal to the audience without adding anything to the script.
The Marvel series features a male guest in nearly every episode (we were able to access the first four). As if the heroine wasn’t interesting or attractive enough to have her own solo adventure.
