The two meet at a party, live a romance full of comings and goings and face ideological and emotional conflicts. At the end of the first season, Joanne reveals that she is not ready to convert to Judaism, leaving the couple’s fate open.

The new episodes deepen the dilemmas, especially when Joanne admits that she is not ready to convert, generating uncertainty among friends about the future of the union. She tries to preserve family customs, such as the celebration of Christmas, while Noah seeks to reconcile his religious convictions with his feelings for his partner.
Who are the new cast members?
Among the new features of the season is Leighton Meester (gossip Girl) appears as Abby, Joanne’s former school rival, who meets the couple again at a party. The actress, married to Brody In real life, she is present alongside her husband and reinforces the cast’s natural chemistry. Another highlight is a brief participation by Seth Rogen (The Studio) as Rabbi Neil.
