THE Good morning PEPernambuco’s morning news broadcast aired this Thursday the 23rd, a thematic report on Aviator’s Day, celebrated today, but the live interview ended up becoming a laughing stock on social media.

Journalist Ivan Duarte broadcast the news live from a pilot training center in Recife. He was in a simulator that mimics the cabin of a Boeing 737 plane and said the audience would observe how takeoff works.

The journalist continued talking to host Clarissa Goés while the instructors simulated a flight, but the simulation screen began to show the plane crashing into a forest while Ivan continued his report normally.

Viewers enjoyed the segment of Good morning PE. “Just when the journalist says: ‘What do you need to be a good driver?’” joked one Internet user. “You can’t talk to the pilot up to 10,000 feet, tell this reporter,” said another.
