Tricolor has paid a contribution of R$ 10 million to pay cash debts with creditors who have granted a discount
Fluminense has taken a further step towards solving the problems related to work debts. In an auction at the Regional Labor Court (TRT), this Friday (24), Tricolor paid a contribution of R$ 10 million to pay in cash, with priority, debts with creditors who granted a discount. In this way he obtained 30%.
Thanks to the auction, Fluminense managed to eliminate approximately R$ 4 million of the balance owed in the Centralized Execution (RCE) Regime. This saved around R$1 million. Now, according to “ge”, what remains will be used to seal new agreements with other creditors.
Fluminense acquired the right to the RCE at the beginning of 2022, with the approval of the composition with creditors. So he created a ten-year payment plan, with monthly deposits and annual contributions. In this way, the club stopped foreclosures that damaged cash flow and caused inconveniences, such as late payments.
Together with the RCE, Fluminense deposits R$1.3 million per month, in addition to an annual contribution of R$4.8 million in employment. In civil matters, monthly deposits amount to R$500,000 and annual deposits amount to R$1.2 million.
