Caixa Seguridade said on Wednesday that its board of directors has elected Gustavo Portela to the position of chief executive officer of the company, based on a material fact.
According to the document, Portela has served as director of investments and equity investments at the Fundação dos Economiários Federales since 2024. The executive also served as CEO of Wiz Corporate between 2020 and 2021.
Caixa Seguridade announced on September 10 the dismissal of Felipe Mattos as CEO.
During this time, Director of Finance and Investor Relations, Edgar Soares, took over the role on an interim basis.
