Attention! The following contains spoilers for the Older brother live streaming starting Friday 19th August. Read at your own risk!
Taylor Hale head of the family week It didn’t go exactly as he wanted, but the Leftovers managed to escape the week with their alliance still intact by sending Indy Santos to the jury. Older brother he then threw a curveball at the Houseguests with the announcement that the house would be split into two equal teams. Apparently, this new wrinkle will implement a double kick like we’ve never seen before. Can the remains escape? East week with everyone still in the game?
Older brother fan with Subscriptions of primary importance I’ve been able to follow the biggest events in the game so far, and while we saw the outcome of the HOH in the last episode, we now know how the house is divided this week. Here’s how things went and who this week’s goals might be, as two separate games are being developed at the same time.
Michael Bruner is the HOH Brochella
Michael Bruner cannot and does not want to stop winning competitions. His second HOH win should more than bolster his reasons for winning the game if the previous HOH and his four veto wins have not already done so. Again, I can’t imagine you will see the endgame with the impressive streak of victories he has amassed , but with so much up for grabs this week, he really had no choice but to win. Michael has chosen his guests for Brochella and will live inside the house with:
- Breton circles
- jasmine davis
- monte sarto
- healthy tailors
Terrance Higgins is the Dyre Fest HOH
Terrance Higgins won his first contest in Older brother, making it arguably the biggest ever. Although he lost to Michael in the final round of the competition, Terrance earned the honor of being the other HOH this week for the Dyre Fest. He will fight away from home with the following cohorts:
- alyssa snider
- Joseph Abdin
- Kyle Capner
- Matt Turner
Who will be the targets this week?
If Leftovers decide to stick to their plan before this breakthrough, the goals should be clear. Terrance may not be called HOH, but Alyssa and Jasmine are perfectly positioned to be expelled this week. This is especially true of Jasmine, who would likely need to win the ban to save herself this week.
The only saving grace I could see for Jasmine is for Michael to realize that it is not in his best interest to continue with The Leftovers. After all, the closer they get to being evicted from the other side of the house, the closer they get to the reality that it’s the biggest target to evict. With Brittany as a close ally, you may see them grab Jasmine and try to trick Monte or Taylor, depending on who is in the neighborhood. Keep in mind that as long as Brittany votes, she will have the power to break the tie if it’s a split decision.
Terrance’s winning HOH means Alyssa is the only option not left available for eviction. Yeah Kyle Capener he pulled his neck out once for his showmanship when he refused veto even if Taylor wants him to , and I think it’s silly not to think I’d do it again. Assuming Joseph and Turner can’t get Terrance to place them, it should be an interesting week for everything Dyre Fest-related, even if The Leftovers somehow manage to escape the week without kills.
Older brother aired on CBS (opens in a new tab) Sundays and Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET and Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET. Live streams should be a good time to watch, as half of the guests live far away, so be sure to check them out.
