Charlene is still mad at Louis, but at the same time, she misses the young man terribly. On the other hand, Constance is sure that he really loves her. Only Tayce’s daughter is well aware that Louis will always put his personal ambitions ahead of others. Constance then informs him that only he can know if he is ready to accept this side of her.

Clotilda, on the other hand, is overwhelmed with work. After Teyssier’s hasty departure, Chef Armand is unable to prepare for the competition and control Double A, so he assigns Louis to replace him until Theo returns. Against all odds, Louis refuses because he feels he has done too much damage to the Teissier family and now wants it to stop.
