SWAT: Shemar Moore announces very good news to fans ahead of 100th episode

The adventures of Daniel “Hondo” Harrelson are far away. While the 5th season of SWAT is still being aired on CBS across the Atlantic, Shemar Moore himself announced on social media this weekend an update for the 6th season of the detective series.

Very good news for fans, which came just hours before the 100th episode of SWAT, which aired in the United States last night, called “Fugitive,” in which Hondo is accused of shooting two police officers and takes time to prove his innocence.

For the sixth season, this update is no big surprise, as SWAT remains one of CBS’s strongest brands, selling well internationally and enjoying the popularity of Shemar Moore, who has acquired her role in Love Fires and Criminal Minds.

However, the series is far from the biggest success of the American channel, as it ranks only 12th (out of 14) in the audience among CBS dramas, with an average of 6.6 million viewers every week since the start of the 5th season last October.
