Gintas, who is about to retire, is a police commissioner in a peaceful provincial town. He is loved by all, respected by friends and appreciated by colleagues. He is also part of the local elite that has ruled the city for many years.

Ovation in REIMS POLAR

As part of the Reims Polar 2022, especially on Friday, April 8, after the tribute ceremony to Vincent Lyndon, a generation of evil thrilled the audience and caused many heartbeats. Tense, dark, everything is suspended, in action and shocking scenes, the feature film depicts a fascinating investigation carried out by the talents of its main actors.

At the top of the poster we find Vytauta Kanyushonis, who brilliantly embodies the role of Gintas, the role of the family father who is both mysterious and silent, funny, impulsive and sometimes moving, in short: fascinating. It is through his eyes that we enter a well-thought-out labyrinth to find the culprit and the causes of the many crimes that attacked the small town that seemed quiet.

For the actors’ interpretation, due to the complexity of the characters, the topics discussed, the tense staging or investigation codes that sometimes lead to the Seven, the evil generation was hit very hard with pleasant applause at the end of the first session. The success, which was confirmed at the awards ceremony on Saturday, April 9, as the Lithuanian film won the Audience Award. The cup, which was awarded to the Black Box last year.

In control of an action movie shot in 2014, he launched a fantastic thriller in 2016 with Nightwatchmen, The Guardians of Night. Available in cinemas in 2022 and in the coming months on myCANAL, Generation of Evil is his sixth work and certainly one of the most successful. Soon discover the screens.
