Netflix recently reached an agreement to add a roster of classic anime to its worldwide catalog. But even before that, the streaming giant already had several outstanding titles.
Additionally, Netflix frequently receives new content from the genre and continues to invest in anime, which usually have a huge amount of dedicated fans.
Naruto
One of the most famous anime in the world, “Naruto” is featured on Netflix with both classic episodes and “Naruto Shippuden”.
The story is based on the manga created and illustrated by Masashi Kishimoto, and tells the story of Naruto Uzomaki, an orphan boy who carries the Nine-Tailed Demonic Fox within himself. The young Naruto dreams of becoming the strongest ninja, or Hokage, in the village where he lives.
“Naruto” and “Naruto Shippuden” are available on Netflix.
a piece

Another world famous anime is “One Piece” which is based on the manga series written and illustrated by Eiichiro Oda.
One Piece tells the adventures of MonkeyD. Luffy, a boy who has acquired the power to stretch and twist, as if he were made of rubber. This happened after he ate the Devil Fruit, a magical food that empowers those who consume it.
By gaining fighting skills, Luffy gathers a crew of pirates to navigate the ocean region known as the Grand Line in search of the world’s greatest treasure, One Piece, a discovery so precious that it grants anyone who finds it the title of King of the Pirates.
In addition to the anime, Netflix has also invested in creating a live-action adaptation of “One Piece,” which recently wrapped filming.
Netflix has 325 episodes of “One Piece” available.
death Note

“Death Note”, which means Notebook of Death, has a very literal name with what happens in the anime series available on Netflix. After all, there we meet Light, a young man who finds the “notebook of death”. The object gives Light the power to kill anyone as long as he knows his face and writes his name in his notebook.
Then, Light starts playing a vigilante and kills the criminals in his region. The Japanese series is based on the manga written by Tsugumi Ohba and drawn by Takeshi Obata.
All 37 episodes of “Death Note” are available on Netflix.
A man with fists

“One Punch Man” started out as a webcomic called “Wanpanman” published by a pseudonymous author ONE. But the story attracted so much interest from fans that it ended up attracting a Japanese manga publisher, Shueisha. The rights were purchased and the designs redone by Yusuke Murata.
As for the story, the premise is quite simple and bright enough. There we meet Saitama, a powerful warrior who ends up getting bored by being too strong. It’s just that he can’t find a worthy opponent and defeats everyone he faces with one punch, hence the name “One Punch Man”.
The two seasons of “One Punch Man”, for a total of 24 episodes, are available on Netflix.
Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure

Also adapted from a Shueisha anime, “Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure” is based on manga published since 1987, making it one of the publisher’s longest running series.
The anime, based on the work written and published by Hirohiko Araki, follows the adventures of members of the Joestar family, who face great enemies with supernatural powers.
“Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure” has 137 episodes available on Netflix.
