Eddie Redmayne Revealed British Actors Robert Pattinson and Tom Sturridge’s Unusual Technique for Attending Casting Auditions
Eddie Redmaynefranchise star fantastic beasts (2016), revealed the unusual technique of Robert Pattinson and Tom Sturridge when participating in casting auditions. The actor commented on in a recent appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
redmayne recalled when, at the beginning of his career, he lived with other British actors who were also on the rise: Jamie Dornan, Charlie Cox, Andrew Garfield, Pattinson and Sturridge. According to the star, each member of the group had their own technique to participate in auditions – but those of Pattinson and Sturridge were unique.
“Each of us had our own type of listening technique,” said the star of The Danish girl (2015). “And that of Rob and Tone It’s always been this way: no matter what scene it looks like on the page – do the complete opposite,” added the actor.
Despite Pattinson to be the first of the group to find success in the film industry, playing Edward Cullen in the saga Twilight (2008), the rest of the peers eventually made their own way in the acting world – and became big movie stars.
While Pattinson recently starred The Batman (2022), when interpreting the Bat Man in the new production of A.D, redmayne stars in the franchise fantastic beasts how Newt Scamander. The third feature in the saga is scheduled to arrive in Brazilian cinemas on April 14, 2022.
