Elise was shot and wounded. Despite being paralyzed by the scene in front of him, Akim regains consciousness and immediately asks for help.

Gail and Pauline ran away in the washing machine and found their accomplice Mathieu a few miles away. However, at the sight of Gael, the latter refuses to come to him because it was not part of the plan. Pauline then points out to him that he saved his life.

The next morning Sophia goes to the hospital where Akim tells her what happened. Shortly after, their discussion is interrupted by Dr. Alfand, who comes to bring them the good news. Although he was shot in the arm, none of the vital organs were hit and so Elise had to recover easily.

Meanwhile, police found the fugitive truck and Becker asked Manu to hand over the reports of Pauline and Gael to the Border Police.

Not too far away, Christoph forces Cecil to believe that he should have gone to the mermaid to help give birth to the mare. In fact, the vet joins Mathieu, an accomplice of two fugitives, who pays him money to treat Pauline. So Christoph operates on a young woman with the help of Gael.

For his part, Manu informs Alex that one of the two escaped prisoners is none other than Gael. Alex definitely blames the shot.
