A more beautiful life in advance: a summary of the Friday episode of April 15, 2022 [SPOILERS]

Jean-Paul and Matthew Lombardi present Ariane and Revel with the latest information from their investigation: the victim has been identified. This is Fabien Rus, a young peacekeeper in Menton. Particularly shocked by his death, Kevin confides in the Baptists, unaware that Camille is watching them from afar.

On the way to Cannes, Ariane, Lombard, and Julien discuss Jacob’s profile. The supervisor particularly analyzes the motives that led him to the crime and names Camille as a source of obsessive love for the serial killer.

In the face of Cedric, Gabriel admits the truth, but says he is trying to change his behavior through an internship. His coach says his reputation has already been overly tarnished, which implies a stretcher thread on Gabriel.

Returning home, the latter reads many negative messages about him, prompting him to question himself.

While walking together in the harbor, the couple encounters a boat that perfectly matches the description of Gerard’s dream boat. When Carmen offers the owner a conversation, Gerard interrupts him. He finds himself wanting to do it himself, then returns and admits that the boat is not for sale, even at its double value.

But, determined to offer a gift to a loved one, Carmen returns to the boat alone in the evening. He approaches the owner by pretending to be the director of a function that helps children with orphan disease. Thus, he convinces him to sell his boat for 50,000 euros.
