The eighteenth season of “Grey’s Anatomy” will arrive in Brazil exclusively on the Star + platform. The information was revealed on Friday (16/9) on the streaming service’s social networks.
In addition, previous seasons will also leave the Amazon Prime Video platform in two weeks, ending the division of their properties in the country.
Despite being released in 2005, “Grey’s Anatomy” remains the most viewed series among adult audiences on American TV, on a par with “This Is Us”, which came out in 2022.
The most recent season marked the airing of the 400th episode of the medical attraction and the farewell of three actors from the regular cast: Richard Flood, interpreter of Dr. Cormac Hayes, Greg Germann, interpreter of Dr. Tom Koracick and Jesse Williams, who played surgeon Jackson Avery for 12 seasons.
Season 18 will debut October 5 on Star +.
The series will return for its 19th year of production on October 19 on US TV.
