A few months after the burning of Notre Dame, Jean-Jacques Anne’s film, The Cathedral Fire is retold on screens with a six-episode mini-series, Notre Dame, la Part du feu, created. Olivier Boquet and Hervé Hadmar.
Of course, two projects on the same topic, but from very different points of view. The Netflix series adapts the Paris fire brigade and the book written by Romain Gubert. Night of Notre DamePublished by Grasset.
Alongside drama, fiction follows the fortunes of many characters connected to fire in one way or another. “They will fight, fall in love, meet, hate, smile or help… Finally, they will have a chance to rebuild themselves.“, the press release said.

The cast of the series includes Roshdi Zem, Caroline Proust, Megan Northam, Simon Abkarian, Alisa Isaazi, Marie Zabukovec, Sandor Funtek, Kasem Al Khoja, Corentin Fila, Ambroise Sabag, Frederic Chau and Victor Belmondo.
Notre-Dame, la Part du feu will be released on Netflix on October 19.
