On Wednesday, September 21, it all starts here…

Early in the morning, Lisandro questions Anais about her strange behavior in recent days. The young woman explains to him that she is very stressed about her module with Chef Mayer and doesn’t want to miss it. When the professor tries to find out more, the young chef quickly interrupts the conversation. Then, as she leaves, she plays a video on her computer of her and David presenting the famous recipe book to Mathieu for his fifteenth birthday. Anais is very excited to see her brother challenge his ex-lover to join the Auguste Armani Institute.

A little later at the Institute, Anais discusses her new dish idea with David. They are joined by Salome, who is very worried about her best friend after her confession the previous day. Although she was devastated by the discovery of her brother’s notebook, Anais ultimately decided to take something positive from it. Indeed, the young chef plans to use it to train Chef Meyer by modifying his beef bourguignon recipe into a vegetarian version. Salome is very happy for her best friend and is also sure that Chef Meyer and Rose will like her dish.

Lisandro is very worried about his girlfriend. He then questions Salome about it, but the young woman decides to cover up for her companion, claiming that she is only stressed because of the elder Meyer’s module.

Anais, on the other hand, is preparing her revisited beef bourguignon when Chef Meyer decides to taste her cooking. If her recipe is very promising, this is not the case with Charlene, who lacks a little something. The Tessier girl rushes to provoke her friend and even thinks about whether she has lied or not when she comes across Mathieu’s notebook. A young woman grabs him until Anais suddenly snatches her away. However, Charlene had time to notice that it was not her writing and accused her of plagiarism.

As they continue to prepare, Salome advises her best friend to tell Lisandro everything, but he flatly refuses. Anais knows very well that she has to tell him about her brother’s death, but she doesn’t feel ready yet.

It’s tasting time! Chef Meyer and Rose consider Salome’s dish “Duck in Red and Black” a real success and congratulate her. They then proceed to a very visual meal suggested by Charlene “From Anger to Forgiveness to Complete Balance.” However, they find that the dish is not matured enough and it lacks a balance between flavors. They then move on to Anais, whose proposal they say is successful.

Chef Meyer and Rose try to find out more about her inspiration, but the young woman only confides in them that it’s a painful memory. He explains to them that he wants to convey emotion through taste, not words. If they did not feel his story during the tasting, it means that his plate failed. Chef Meyer admits that he followed and felt his heart and soul. For her part, Anais realizes that the chef was right to push her to the limit because she is very proud of what she has to offer them.

The achievements of the chefs exceeded the expectations of Rose and Chef Meyer. After a long discussion, they chose two equal plates: Salome and Anais. The two young chefs will be decided after the final round tomorrow. However, Charlene is not happy with the result and believes that her classmate does not deserve her place because she copied someone else’s recipe. The Teyssier girl seems determined to prove that Anais cheated.

In the dressing room, Amber makes no secret of her trepidation about taking cooking class with Louis. However, Jasmine believes that he is not so terrible as he helped them re-enter the institute and pass their end-of-year exams. For her part, the young woman decided to be positive.

The scary lesson with Chef Guino begins! Louis quickly notices the students’ stress and assures them that everything will be fine. For this first lesson, they will have to make a recipe created by Auguste Armand. He believes that if they can master their father’s dish, then they will have a solid foundation to prepare any other dish. If he has nothing against creativity, Chef Guinot wants them to become technical cooks above all else. However, Lewis left a big drawback for them, because they will not have the right to a prescription. Therefore, sophomores must multiply the main dish.

The second-year students try their best to replicate the recipe of their choice, but the situation is on the verge of disaster. Louis then asks them to start all over again.

At the end of the course, Louis admits that he is very disappointed with their level. In turn, Tommy points the finger at his impossible instructions, but the chef immediately cuts him off: if they want to become the gastronomic elite, they will have to redo the dishes until the result is perfect. So they will have to spend the night in the kitchen until he deems their dish a success.

Leticia is back from training after a few weeks absence. A young woman jumps into the arms of her daughter, whom she is overjoyed to find. However, they are quickly interrupted by Rose, who informs her of Guillaume’s departure. Laetitia then claims to have known about his resignation, which is not the case. Kelly is embarrassed because she thought her mom was already informed and can’t understand why she didn’t tell her. The student then explains to him that he has decided to join his son in Australia. Laetitia, on the other hand, can’t hide her pain, she didn’t think she would go like this until she talked to him about it.

A little later, Kelly decides to organize a surprise to get her mother back, but also to cheer her up. He then asks Lionel to help him prepare lunch at a coffee shop with Tony. However, her boyfriend is skeptical and thinks she is trying to lure Laetitia into the arms of a young man. Kelly doesn’t budge, sensing that her mother needs a little pleasure.

During lunch, Laetitia enjoys spending time with Kelly, Lionel and Tony. The young woman assures them that she is fine, despite Guillaume’s sudden departure.

Back at home, Laetitia admits that she would rather not have lunch with Tony. Indeed, he wanted to be left alone because he needs some time to study Guillaume’s departure. Kelly then asks him if someone like him could help him out. However, this time the mother is determined not to get involved in her love life anymore and thinks that it is not a good idea. So he explains to her that from now on, they will each have to stay in their place, which his daughter seems to fully accept.
