At the police station, Karim and Commander Constant conduct an investigation. According to Captain Said, Adrian is a collateral victim who was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Since this makes him the only witness, the police must find him before the shooter.
After a while, their discussion is interrupted by the arrival of Lisa Hassan, who tells Martin that she is a new police recruit. Indeed, the young woman enjoyed working in the fields so much that she asked to be transferred to Sete. Although he wanted to consult earlier, Commander Constant was happy to welcome him.
Hadrian, on the other hand, managed to find refuge in an abandoned house of nature and recalls what happened on that famous night. Hadrian was in his car when Benjamin pulled into the parking lot. Just when he was about to meet with him, a gunman shot the doctor. Panicking, Hadrian ran away, but the individual shot him before he could escape.
At the hospital, Alma meets Mathieu, a friend she and Benjamin met during their mission in Burkina Faso. The latter came to listen to the doctor. Relieved that his friend was going to leave, Mateo invites Alma to lunch. Unfortunately, the English teacher doesn’t have time for lunch or coffee. Before leaving, Mathieu takes her by the hand, which does not escape Victoire, who imagines that Mathieu is interested in her friend.
Not far from there, Lisa questions Jack and Charlie, but the latter haven’t heard anything about Hadrian since they left for Bali. The policeman then tells them that he is back in Sete and that he is in danger. Needing to talk, Lisa begs them to let her know right away if she comes in contact with them.
In turn, Karim received a call from the campsite informing him that someone had shot Adrian in the mobile home. Without waiting, he goes there with Lisa to inspect the building and realizes that Alma’s son has escaped.
A few steps away, Alma is having an English lesson when she gets a call from Victoire that Benjamin has woken up and is fine. Relieved, he let out a few tears.
Afterwards, Victoire and William explain to their colleague that he had a pneumothorax, but that he is now out of the woods. Since Dr. Ventura doesn’t remember what happened, William tells him that he was shot.
At the end of the day, Alma goes to Benjamin’s bedside. As she kisses him tenderly, he reveals that he knows the identity of the person who shot her…

Nathan is in desperate need of money and asks Mona to hire him in the spoon. Even though she has no experience in the kitchen, George’s mother really needs a clerk, so she talks to Bart about it. However, she prefers to hire someone versatile who knows how to clean, serve and cook. Because Nathan is motivated, Bart agrees to put him on trial for a few days.
Later, while chopping onions, Nathan takes the opportunity to shed a few tears. Needless to say, she is still struggling after the breakup. He then asks Mona if she ever felt so alone that she was dying and that the only person who mattered to her was gone forever. Very upset, Mona answers yes.
Now in the singles market, Nathan has every intention of taking advantage of it. Besides, he wastes no time and writes on the phone the receipt of a Spoon customer who caught his eye. Seeing her do this, Bart reminds her that she’s here to work, not flirt with clients. Immediately, Nathan apologizes to her.
A few hours later, Nathan receives a text from Valentine, one of the six girls he left his number with, inviting him out for a drink.
