The actress who plays Rue in the HBO fiction has revealed that she would like there to be a time jump in the new batch of episodes. Is it a clue of what is to come?
We still don’t know anything about season 3 of ‘Euphoria’, but the details that are coming to light lately only increase our desire for it to be released. A few days ago we learned that Jacob Elordi was about to not appear in the HBO Max fiction, something that could also have happened to Zendaya. Now, the actress who plays Rue has given an interview in which she tells us how she would like the new episodes to be.
The actress, who has made history at the Emmys with his two nominations for ‘Euphoria’, has spoken with The Hollywood Reporter about his role on the hit teen series. When asked about her hopes for season three, Zendaya revealed that would like to see a time jump.
“I think it would be exciting to explore the high school characters. I want to see how Rue deals with sobriety, how chaotic it could be.”, he replied, before adding that he’d like to see that “with all the characters, in the sense that they’re trying to figure out what to do with their lives after high school and what kind of people they want to be.” Will it be a clue about the plot of the third season?
The denouement of season 2 left us with some characters trying to survive and others quite touched. Rue made a radical change and, after touching death with the tips of her fingers, it seems that for now she is safe. In the end, we find out that she has stopped using drugs. Perhaps in the new episodes we can see the process or witness her new life. We will have to arm ourselves with patience, because it is likely that the new chapters will not arrive until 2024, according to rumors.
