Producer of the “007” franchise, Michael G. Wilson, has revealed why a younger James Bond is unlikely to be seen on the big screen someday and has indicated an ideal age range for the character.
The producer reiterated in an interview with the magazine Deadline that the process of choosing the next James Bond has not yet begun. Additionally, Wilson explained why an age range of “thirty” is ideal for the actor who plays Agent 007.
“We have tried looking for young people in the past. But when you try to visualize, it doesn’t work, “Wilson said.” Remember, Bond is already a veteran. He has some experience. He’s a person who has been through wars, so to speak. He was probably a [Serviço Aéreo Espacial] or something like that”.

Tom Holland, a British actor who plays Marvel’s Spider-Man, has revealed that he has already presented Sony with an idea for the development of a young James Bond. However, this eventually turned into the movie “Uncharted” starring Holland.
