It All Begins Here: What’s in store for Episode 501 on Tuesday, October 4, 2022 [SPOILERS]

On Tuesday, October 4, it all starts here…

Anais isn’t there when the master restaurant opens. The service is hastily arranged, Charlene is upset by her companion’s absence. The young woman ends up arriving, still upset after David’s announcement of Mathieu’s death. Anais regains consciousness and mobilizes the brigade.

However, he is truly troubled and makes mistakes. Salome comes to his rescue. She also reveals to him that she saw a video dated the day of Mathieu’s death that David had been hiding. This further upsets Anais, who feels that she needs to watch the sequence. Salome thinks this is a very bad idea…

Emmanuel and Rose arrive at that moment and see chaos in the kitchen. Even the customers left due to waiting too long… The manager calls Anais and fires her, she is furious. He is the chef of Salome’s restaurant. Rose is shocked by this arbitrary behavior. Anais leaves and goes to David.

Anais pretends to rest because she is sick. David leaves to look for medicine for her and she takes the opportunity to browse the computer. He finds the file he was looking for and carefully sends it to her. By the time David returns, he appears to be asleep. When he sees her “dosing”, he covers and rubs his face lovingly.

As soon as he is no longer there, he leaves the room and meets Salome. She asks her best friend to stay with her to watch Matthew’s video. Anais presses play and discovers that she was actually the one who challenged her brother to swim when swimming was forbidden. Thus, he believes that it is his fault that he died!

In pastry class, Billy adores Zachary. He wants to learn everything from him and above all to know how to make his emblematic desserts. Except when the chef shows what the students are going to learn today, he’s disappointed because it’s Teyssier’s cooking. Billy informs Zakaria and he replies that he has no choice, the director decided so…

During the course, Emanuel also passes. He is horrified by the preparation of the first years and criticizes absolutely everything with the greatest disdain. At least he gets to taste Axel’s dessert and the nephew doesn’t turn out too bad.

Later, Emmanuel and Axel talk about his performance. A young man confides in his uncle that he prefers to bake a meal. The principal suggests that he meet after class to develop the idea presented earlier. Impressed, Emanuel admits to Constance that Axel may have more than the others…

They are practicing in the kitchens and Theo arrives. The latter is in a bad mood and does not appreciate seeing his father so encouraging towards Axel. Theo also tells his cousin not to get too comfortable as he is still a beginner.

After Claire is caught having sex with Ethan, Samia feels she has lost all credibility with the teacher. Cardone’s son relativizes and this annoys Samia. Lately he considers her a dilettante and hates her.

He also specifies that he came to the institute with honors. Ethan admits the blow, but assures him that what happened will not happen again. He asks her to get out and suggests that they stop hitting each other. Samia agrees and they turn their attention to their shared mission in the classroom.

In class, Claire observes them and is impressed: they perform perfectly under the amazed eyes of their classmates. Claire congratulates them and advises them to always be professional in the kitchen. They promise him that it will. Claire tells them she’ll call them again.

Samia remains embarrassed by the incident. She tells Ethan again that the Institute is everything to her. Unlike him, she doesn’t have a plan B to succeed in the kitchen. Samia implies that Ethan can always count on his mom to make a place for him… she decides that it’s over between them, she doesn’t want to distract him anymore. Ethan is hurt and leaves.
