Alain Chabat and comics have been a long love story. After the adventures of Asterix and Obelix (Mission Cleopatra) and then The Adventures of Marsupillam, ex-Nuls tries to bring the story to the screen once again, this time in television and animated format. The Gauls, this time adapting Goskin and Uderzo’s comics Le Combat des chefs.
“we’re in it” This is what Alain Chabat revealed last night on the set of the show C à vous, namely revealing that the five 30-minute episodes have been fully written and that the program’s visuals are currently being made: “We’re in everything at once. The characters, finding the visuals of the characters so that we clearly recognize Asterix, Obelix and the whole gang. There are new characters that have to be created.”
Currently in production, the animated series Asterix and Obelix: Battle of the Masters does not have a Netflix release date yet!
