At the institute, the students are shocked by Theo’s behavior towards Axel. Only Vicki defends herself from everyone by saying it was an accident. However, he is secretly happy because he believes that this will bring him closer to the circle.
Theo is very worried about his father. The latter requires him to stay squared away in Double A now that he’s relegated to second. He goes to work. Constance begs her husband to stop provoking their son, but the director thinks Theo should return to Earth. Emanuel and Axel rush to Madrid.
Greg and Mehdi take over the reins of Double A as they unveil menu changes to the brigade. Theo criticizes their decisions, he is annoyed by everything that is happening. It also maintains leadership reflexes and provides guidance to others. Greg is back and rebuilding it. This is too much for Theo, he decides to go full time!
Vicky approaches her and begs her to come back… except she has another idea in her head. Theo plans to leave the institute for good and this sends him into a panic. He goes to the hospital and thinks that he needs counseling. He informs Constance of Theo’s threat to leave.
The caregiver examines her child to try to calm her down. Theo defends his positions. Constance despairs at the thought of him leaving and decides to lie to him. He imagines that Emmanuel told him that he will put Theo back in his place when he returns from Spain. Therefore, the young man only has to last a week for the second time. This gives him hope, but it is clearly false…
Buoyed by this news, Theo apologizes profusely to Greg and Mehdi. He does his total mea culpa and promises to try to fit in. The boys agree to give her a second chance. Vicki observes the scene, she is excited to witness it.
He meets in the dressing room and at the end of the discussion he jumps up and kisses her! Theo lets himself in and then pushes her away. He explains how to get out of a difficult relationship and apologizes. Vic doesn’t know where to go anymore and in turn asks for forgiveness. He is going in a hurry…
Olivia asks the first years to reinvent a dish from their childhood into a gourmet meal. Samia tries to discuss the exercise with Ethan, but he’s still mad at her for refusing the next day.
In class, young people critique each other’s ideas for revision. David is amused by the situation, Olivia calls for calm. In the dressing room, Samia asks Ethan to switch meats since they chose the same, but he refuses. They continue to tease each other, each pretending to beat the other in the exam.
In the library, David provokes Ethan. He wants to know what’s going on between him and Samia, but Kardon’s son hits him. David is purposefully vulgar and insulting to his classmate to get Ethan to react…and it works! He explodes with anger and threatens to hurt David if he continues. The latter is satisfied with his blow.
Charlene starts today as a chef at an ephemeral restaurant. She spent the entire weekend preparing the menu, and Louis scolds her for neglecting it. Charlene apologizes, but that’s how it works. He is stressed and hopes to have many customers on his first day.
During the service, Livio notices that Charlene is upset. He reassures her that everything will be fine. A customer wants to place an order but is vegan. Charlene immediately finds a way to satisfy him and the man thanks her.
At the end of the day, he is proud of himself and tells Louis everything. It is still not very focused and prefers to make love with its bride. Charlene is nervous. Louis catches up and asks for forgiveness, he promises to come see her at the restaurant tomorrow.
