A new hope.
Ryan Johnson has been honest about the new ‘Star Wars’ trilogy which has yet to happen, giving fans a very positive update.
Director of ‘the last jedione of the best ‘Star Wars’ movies, first announced its intention to work on a trilogy of spin offs of ‘Star Wars’ in 2017, and in 2021 Rian Johnson confirmed that the ‘Star Wars’ trilogy was moving forward, but that plan has yet to come to fruition. That doesn’t mean fans aren’t going to see the movies at some point.
“I’ve talked to Kathy [Kathleen Kennedy] about it and we keep talking about it”Johnson said in a variety-podcast.
The director of ‘The Last Jedi’, a film with a unique record in the saga, has stated: “I had an incredible experience making ‘The Last Jedi’. It is totally a question of programming. For me, releasing ‘The Mystery of the Glass Onion ‘ and do the next… the answer is I don’t know.”
when asked if we will get to witness the trilogy of Johnson at some point, the filmmaker said, “God, I hope so.”
Johnson is currently on a promotional tour for “Daggers in the Back: The Mystery of the Glass Onion.” With the return of Daniel Craig as the talented detective Benoit Blanc, this is a sequel to 2019’s hit ‘Daggers in the Back’.
Like its predecessor, it has a set of stars. Alongside Craig, the new film stars Kate Hudson, Edward Norton, Janelle MonĂ¡e, Leslie Odom Jr., Marvel stars Kathryn Hahn, Dave Bautista and Ethan Hawke, as well as the ‘Game of Thrones’ actress (not from ‘House of the Dragon’) Jessica Henwick.
‘The Mystery of the Glass Onion’ has nothing to do with ‘Knife-in-the-Back’, except for the character of Blanc, who returns to action to solve a mystery on a dreamy private Greek island owned by billionaire tech tycoon Miles. Bron (Norton). At the moment, the first reactions to ‘Daggers in the back 2’ are positive. We will find out if this sequel is up to the task next November 23 in theaters and, a month later, we will have it available on Netflix.
