The cast of the third season of ‘Only murders in the building’ on Disney + is taking shape
‘Only murders in the building’ has reached the end of its second season on Disney +revealing the most important unknown of all: who killed bunny folger?
But this discovery has not come alone, since we already have a new murder victim and a confirmed third season on the horizon so that Mabel (Selena Gomez), Charlie (Steve Martin) and Oliver (Martin Short) investigate what happened on your podcast.

‘Only murders in building 3’, Synopsis. Who is the new victim?
After discovering that Poppy (Adina Verson), the shy and introverted assistant of successful podcaster Cinda Canning (Tina Fey), was Bunny Folger’s killer. (and not only that, but her true identity was that of Becky Butler, the missing woman in the podcast true crime that made her boss famous, ‘It’s not OK in Oklahoma’), the police stop her and the protagonists seem to return to their daily lives.
Charles sees his role in the ‘Brazzos’ reboot expanded, Mabel begins (finally) remodeling her aunt’s house with the help of Alice (Cara Delevigne), and Oliver is rehired as director of a Broadway musical.
CUT TO: One year later.
Oliver is about to open his new play, with Charles as a cast member and Mabel in the theater audience. Before beginning, the director has a few words with his leading lady, Ben Glenroy, who is played by none other than Paul Rudd.
Rudd’s character seems to get along terrible with Charles, and even threatens to kill him. But the one who dies, on stage and in front of the entire audience, is him. appears to have been poisoned.
The thing is, the main trio investigates ‘Only murders in the building’ Arconia… They will have to make an exception.

Who will return in season 3? The only fixed are the three protagonists. Mabel Mora (Selena Gomez), Oliver Putnam (Martin Short), and Charles-Haden Savage (Steve Martin).
Steve Martin, 76, has announced that he will retire from acting when the series ends.. All the more reason for them to keep giving us new seasons ad infinitum.
Martin Short does not have any other work on the horizon according to his IMDb file, so the one who will be the most involved will be Selena Gomez, who will have to combine her musical career with her acting career again.

It is not so clear if faces as well known as Alice (Cara Delevigne) will have a place in the new season. What is certain is that we will have cameos as surprising as the ones we have enjoyed in previous seasons, such as Amy Schumer or Sting.

The latest to announce its incorporation into the Arconia neighborhood community is Jesse Williams as Dr. Jackson Avery from ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ that you may have also seen in ‘The Cabin in the Woods’ and in ‘The Lords of Brooklyn’.

The third season has been confirmed well before the end of the second, so we can assume that in mid 2023 we will return to the Arconia.
