After some recent statements by David Zaslav, head of Warner Bros. Discovery, the return of ‘Harry Potter’ seems to be a possibility on the table again.
But, Voldemort hadn’t died at the end of the ‘Harry Potter’ movie saga? Yes. Of that we have no doubt. However, after statements by David Zaslav(head of Warner Bros. Discovery), in which he suggested that they collaborate with JK Rowling, (author of the ‘Harry Potter’ novels), creating new content about this magical world, the return of its characters seems to be a possibility on the table again. Will we see the sequel to some of the best fantasy movies ever?
Zaslav presented the company’s new content plan and stated: “Let’s focus on franchises. We haven’t had a ‘Superman’ movie in 13 years. We haven’t made a ‘Harry Potter’ movie in 15 years. If we can do something with JK, to keep ‘Harry Potter’ going… We will focus on franchises.”
As a result of this, many questions arise. And, for this reason, it has been raised from Variety a Ralph FiennesRecently, if you wanted to bring back to life the famous dark magician of the film/novel sagato which Fiennes replied: “Yes, of course,“And he assured that if Rowling contacted him again to be part of a project in the franchise, he would launch”without a doubt.”
This happened during the premiere of ‘The Menu’, the new film by Mark Mylod, in which the interpreter gets into the skin of a famous chef, named Julian Slowik, who prepares to create a unique culinary experience, which will be seen surprised by several unexpected turns of events.
Fiennes first brought He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named to life in the fourth film in the franchise, ‘Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire’, where we saw him recover his “human” form and his power, after the “Tournament of the Three Wizards”, (four in this case).
Now, the fate of the ‘Harry Potter’ movies, one of the essential sagas in the history of cinema, has been in doubt since the premiere of his latest film, ‘Fantastic Animals: Dumbledore’s Secrets’. Due to its “reduced” audience levels and a series of scandals that have surrounded the universe created by JK Rowling, we also wondered: Will there be ‘Fantastic Animals 4’ or is the saga dead?
Confirmation of a new tape has not yet arrived but, without a doubt, hehe statements made by David Zaslav seem to predict a hopeful future for the saga. It will be necessary to be very attentive to possible announcements that arise soon. In the meantime, how about you test how fan you are and answer our ‘Harry Potter’ fan trivia? Do you know them all?
